Does Shadow View Sync have a free trial?: Yes. Every new account includes a 7-day free trial. Your card is charged after the trial ends — cancel anytime before then and you won't be billed.
How often does Shadow View Sync run?: Sync frequency depends on your plan. You can also trigger a manual sync at any time from the dashboard.
What happens if a sync fails?: The error is logged with a detailed message so you can diagnose and fix it. Your sync configuration stays active and will retry on the next scheduled run.
Can I sync multiple Airtable bases?: Yes. You can create multiple sync configurations, each pointing to a different Airtable base or view and a different Notion database.
Is my data stored by Shadow View Sync?: Shadow View Sync transfers data directly between Airtable and Notion and does not permanently store your record data. Only sync configuration and logs are retained.
How do I cancel?: Open the Subscription page in your account and click "Cancel my plan". Your access continues until the end of the billing period.
